Responsibilities

• Review, monitor, and collect on customer accounts to hit working capital and collections targets.
• Review orders in suspense and decide if they stay on hold or are released to the customer.
• Answer and address customer requests promptly via email or phone regarding accounts.
• Send invoices to customers (via automated program) and create credits and rebills as requested.
• Initiate contact with customers to collect past-due accounts.
• Perform additional finance duties as needed such as intracompany billing, closing modules, and reporting.
