Qualifications

• Two plus years of AR Collections experience.
• ERP experience required; SAP preferred.
• Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial collection activities for a portfolio of B2B accounts.
• Review aging reports, contact customers regarding outstanding balances, and escalate high-risk accounts.
• Research and resolve billing disputes while coordinating with customers, sales, and internal teams.
• Prepare lien notices and bond claims while ensuring filings meet applicable state requirements.
• Coordinate collection status updates with branch and company leadership.
