Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is assisting a client in the DFW area who is seeking an AR Collections Analyst to join the Accounts Receivable Department. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of B2B customers with strong collection practices and attention to detail.

You'll review aging reports, contact customers about outstanding balances, escalate high-risk accounts, and collaborate with sales and internal teams to resolve disputes.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of AR Collections experience.
• ERP experience required; SAP preferred.
• Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) preferred.

Requirements:

• Large ERP experience is required, SAP is preferred
• Two plus years of AR Collections experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) preferred
