BRIXMOR PROPERTY GROUP is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to collect delinquent balances from shopping center tenants. The role requires collaboration with property managers, leasing teams, and accountants to resolve issues and keep accounts current.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in real estate AR, strong MS Office and Excel skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment. JD Edwards knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in real estate.
• Excellent computer skills; MS Office and Excel.
• JD Edwards knowledge a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead collection of delinquent accounts for shopping center tenants.
• Coordinate with property managers, leasing managers, retailers, and accountants.
• Contact retail tenants daily to collect payments and resolve issues.
• Send out default notices and reconcile tenant accounts including write-offs.
• Generate receivables reports and provide bad debt recommendations.
