You will work with property managers, leasing teams, retailers, and accountants, contacting tenants daily to secure payments, reconcile accounts, and generate AR reports.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in real estate AR.
• Excellent computer skills and MS Excel.
• Effective communication and time management.
• Self-starter with ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection of delinquent AR from tenants daily.
• Communicate with property managers and tenants to resolve issues.
• Prepare reports and provide bad debt recommendations.
