Job summary

HOYA Vision Care in the United States is seeking a lab technician to support the AR/HV department. You will follow SOPs, prepare lenses for AR coating, and set up equipment while ensuring cleanliness and accurate yield data through manual and automated processes.

The role requires teamwork, basic math skills, and the ability to work overtime when needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, with experience in optical labs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and best practices for AR/HV department.
• Ensure lenses are clean of dust and debris.
• Inspect, sort, wash, and prep lenses for AR coating.
• Set up lenses into domes and domes into AR machine.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance.
