Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to multi-task, orient to detail and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and lift up to 15 pounds above head.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job, including close vision.

Responsibilities

• Operate AR coating machines and perform daily/weekly maintenance.
• Inspect lenses for defects, log issues, and place into tooling.
• Load lenses, select correct recipe, and perform parts change-outs as needed.
• Perform quality testing and final inspection to ensure coating meets specs.
• Troubleshoot machine problems and communicate with supervisor.
• Pack finished work and review rejected lenses for rework or proper breakage codes.
