Qualifications

• 3–7 years in accounts receivable, cash applications, or AR/collections in a high-volume environment.
• Cash applications experience across checks, ACH, wire, and virtual cards; lockbox a plus.
• Proven collections experience across multi-location or institutional accounts with self-directed approach.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage 200+ billing entities; monitor aging and initiate outreach.
• Post and apply high-volume daily payments across multiple entities and brands.
• Research and resolve portal discrepancies, PO mismatches, and remittance gaps.
• Collaborate with AP contacts at healthcare systems, nonprofits, and national accounts.
• Support monthly AR reconciliation and balance adjustments.
• Mentor teammates on cash application procedures and portal navigation.
