Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of AR billing experience.
• Own the full billing cycle—invoice generation, collections support, reconciliations.
• Manufacturing environment experience required.
• O&G or energy industry background a plus.
• D365 experience preferred; strong ERP aptitude will do.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working fully in office.

Responsibilities

• Own the billing process from invoice preparation through issuance and follow-up.
• Prepare accurate and timely customer invoices based on supporting documentation.
• Review billing docs for completeness before invoices are submitted.
• Maintain customer accounts and ensure transactions are properly recorded in the ERP.
• Monitor AR balances and aging; assist with collections.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and sales to gather billing data.
