Our client, Boly:Welch, is assisting a growing distribution company in finding an entry-level AR Billing Specialist to keep revenue operations accurate and efficient. You will learn to manage end-to-end billing processes, supported by a collaborative finance team and strong training to get you comfortable in the role.

The role bridges Accounting, Sales and Pricing, handling discrepancies and improving billing reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree within Accounting, Finance, Economics preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the billing process from start to finish to ensure invoices are accurate and timely.
• Manage billing activities including promotional programs, expense billbacks, sales incentives, samples and other customer-related transactions.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Sales and Pricing to investigate discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting and drive billing accuracy.

Our client, a growing distribution company, is seeking an entry-level AR Billing Specialist to play a key role in keeping revenue operations accurate, efficient, and running smoothly. As AR Billing Specialist, you’ll oversee the billing process from start to finish, ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and supported by the appropriate documentation. You’ll manage a variety of billing activities including promotional programs, expense billbacks, sales incentives, samples, and other customer-related transactions. Your work will directly impact cash flow and financial accuracy, making you an important contributor to the company’s overall success.

In this role, you’ll serve as a bridge between Accounting, Sales, Pricing, and other internal teams, helping to investigate discrepancies, resolve billing issues, and keep transactions moving forward. Success in this position requires a sharp eye for detail and the ability to analyze information from multiple sources to identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement. As the organization continues to evolve, you’ll have the opportunity to help streamline processes, improve reporting, and contribute ideas that make the billing function even more effective.
