Job summary

Med-Metrix seeks a Team Lead, Accounts Receivable Services to coordinate activities and operations of the AR department. The role ensures timely claim resolution, quality metrics, and staff development.

You will train users on the client host system, track productivity, and drive process improvements across the global AR team while maintaining HIPAA compliance and data security policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with insurance collections and medical billing workflows preferred.
• Experience training new users is a plus.
• Familiarity with payor portals and claims appeal processes beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist global team members by answering questions and providing support.
• Provide initial training on the client host system.
• Monitor productivity and quality of AR Representatives.
• Identify opportunities for improvement via one-on-one evaluations.
• Follow up with payers to ensure timely resolution of outstanding claims.
