Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Billing Collection Generalist for our Billing Center in Lafayette, IN. The role focuses on completing special projects, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely claim resolution.

Pay starts at $15 per hour with a Mon-Fri schedule (7am–5pm). After successful IN OFFICE training and meeting expectations, you may work from home with managerial approval.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual re-billing audits and route to supervisor for approval.
• Communicate with payers, patients, and locations as needed.
• Document all work in iWorkQ and patient notes in eIntake.
