Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Medical Billing & Collections ICT Specialist to join our Billing Center. This role ensures insurance changes are billed timely and that RIE 5010 processes are managed efficiently.

You will perform audits, contact payers, document work in eIntake, obtain authorizations, and maintain clear communication with locations and payers. A high school diploma is required; healthcare billing experience preferred. Remote work is available after training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with medical billing practices preferred.
• Experience in medical field and administrative record management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure insurance changes are billed timely and RIE 5010 is managed.
• Contacts payer, patient or location as appropriate.
• Documents all work in via eIntake notes and NATs.
• Verifies insurance information for accuracy and consistency.
• Resolves emails from supervisors and managers within timely standards.
