Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years experience in Billing, Collections or Customer Service.
• Proficiency in Direct Bill & Freight Payment collections.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review daily shipments to ensure credit criteria and link accounts.
• Distribute Driver Collect report after audit.
• Arrange advance payment for accounts not meeting criteria.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate with AR team.
• Maintain and update customer masterfile and notes.
• Support AR leadership with reporting and process improvements.
• Scan and organize billing documents.
