First Class Air Support LLC in Louisville, KY, is seeking a Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end close. You will collaborate across departments to ensure accurate records and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has a BA in accounting and 2–3 years of experience, with strong Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems such as Quantum, QuickBooks, or Sage 300. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience with AP/AR focus.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Experience with QuickBooks or Sage 300 is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices in the ERP system and reconcile discrepancies.
