Lush Lawn & Safari Tree is seeking an AP/AR Specialist to manage financial transactions for the parent company and subsidiaries. The role reports to the CFO and focuses on data entry and capture of transactions for vendors, customers, and tenants.

Responsibilities include invoicing tenants, reconciling payments, maintaining rent rolls, and processing AP in NetSuite and WorkWave CRM, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting with 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Competency with accounting software, preferable experience with Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Data entry background with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with math and calculations.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Strong ethics.

Mansioni

• Invoice tenants and businesses for monthly rent and utility reimbursements.
• Maintain and update the rent roll spreadsheet.
• Enter customer and tenant payments and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Monitor and collect delinquent tenant and customer accounts.
• Enter checks received daily into WorkWave CRM and ensure deposits are made into the appropriate business checking accounts.
• Enter check and credit card payment transactions into NetSuite.
• Perform daily reconciliation of all payments received.
• Enter monthly collections from Universal and reconcile collections between Universal, WorkWave, and NetSuite.
• Review accounts receivable aging daily.
• Generate daily and weekly aging reports to monitor overdue balances and collection activity for tenants.
