Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting.
• 2+ years of AP experience.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.
• Detail-oriented with strong data-entry.

Responsibilities

• Invoice tenants and businesses for monthly rent and reimbursements.
• Maintain and update the rent roll.
• Enter payments and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Monitor delinquent tenant and customer accounts.
• Enter transactions into NetSuite with accurate GL coding.
• Process non-PO invoices in NetSuite Bill Pay with approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and obtain missing invoices.
• Support month-end close with timely documentation.
