Lipscomb Dealerships seeks an Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk to drive accurate invoicing, payments, and revenue collection. You will prepare financial reports, maintain ledgers, and ensure secure handling of sensitive data in a dealership setting.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor or master’s degree, with 1–5 years in public accounting or industry experience and proficiency in MS Office; CPA candidate is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree required; CPA preferred.
• Experience in public accounting or industry is desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications is required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare work by gathering and sorting documents.
• Pay invoices by verifying information and scheduling disbursements.
• Prepare and mail invoices; identify delinquent accounts.
• Collect revenue by notifying customers of insufficient payments.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze account information.
• Maintain ledgers by posting transactions and reconciling statements.
• Investigate discrepancies and issue adjustments as needed.
• Follow internal controls and secure financial data.
• Back up databases and maintain historical records.
• Support team with additional duties as required.
