EEA Companies in Greensboro, NC is seeking an Accounting Coordinator-AP/AR to serve as the centralized processor for accounts payable and accounts receivable across its multi-entity portfolio, including software billing and real estate accounting.

The role requires detail orientation, accuracy with routine transactions, and the ability to manage deadlines. You will work with NetSuite, coordinate with the property manager, and support month-end close under the Controller.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of AP/AR experience in a multi-entity environment.
• Proficiency with Excel for reconciliation support and invoice tracking.
• Ability to manage recurring deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable across all entities in NetSuite with invoicing and payment posting.
• Create and distribute client invoices; apply payments to open balances.
• Monitor AR aging; escalate overdue accounts to staff accountant or Controller.
• Prepare annual IRS 1099s with coordination from Controller.
• Import monthly real estate summaries and perform bank reconciliations.
