Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in AR/AP in manufacturing, ERP experience (JDE or similar), and strong Excel skills. The position emphasizes accuracy, cross‑functional collaboration, and timely financial processing.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of AR/AP experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• ERP system experience required (JDE or similar).
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and data analysis.
• Understanding of basic manufacturing cost flow (inventory, receiving, PO).
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer billing based on shipments and POs.
• Process vendor invoices with 3‑way matching and payment runs.
• Support AR aging and month‑end close activities.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain records (W‑9s, compliance).
• Assist in plant cost tracking for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
