Job summary

Keck's Food Service is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team in Millerton, PA. This role manages daily AP/AR activities, processes invoices, payments, and receipts, and maintains vendor/customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will monitor aging, apply payments, reconcile statements, respond to inquiries, and ensure internal controls. Proficient with Excel and able to learn new software. Work hours are Monday–Friday, on-site.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payment requests for AP.
• Generate and send customer invoices for AR.
• Apply payments and reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with aging reports and collections when needed.
