Keck's Food Service, a family-owned regional distributor in Millerton, PA, seeks an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist to join the Finance team. The role manages daily AP/AR activities, invoices, payments, and receipts while maintaining vendor and customer relations.

The position is on-site in Millerton, PA, with a typical 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable preferred.
• Strong numerical and data-entry accuracy skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and payment requests.
• Process payments via check, ACH, and wire transfer.
• Maintain vendor records and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding balances.
