Financial Pacific Leasing, Inc. in Federal Way, WA is seeking an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialist. This full-time role posts and reconciles payments, manages daily cash control, and supports vendor and lessee relationships.

You will handle bank deposits, reconcilations, AP tasks, and ensure compliance with BSA and internal controls. 3+ years in high-volume AP/AR and a finance degree are preferred; strong detail orientation and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume AP/AR experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong writing, editing, and grammar skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Post and reconcile payments from multiple sources to lease contracts.
• Researches and resolves rejects; balances and saves daily cash control sheets.
• Upload and reconcile LBX/APS/ACH transactions, making adjustments as needed.
• Corrects misapplied payments and processes adjustments from internal departments.
• Maintains daily reconciliations, including direct deposits, suspense, next-day air, and prepayment deposits.
• Assists with accounts payable tasks including invoice verification, check processing, approvals, and distribution.
