Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Payments, Billing & Invoicing: set up new customers with approvals and billing information to ensure proper accounts receivable billing.
• Payment Processing & Application: collect and apply payments, reconcile deposits, and resolve miscodings.
• Monitoring & Reconciliation: monthly AR/AP reconciliations and reporting to leadership.
• Collections & Customer Account Follow-Up: follow-up procedures and respond to inquiries.
• Reporting & Month-End Close Support: prep AR/AP aging and journal entries.
