firstPRO 360 is seeking an experienced AP Supervisor in the Norcross/Duluth area to lead a small AP team and manage day-to-day accounts payable operations onsite, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in full-cycle AP, a proven ability to coach and delegate, and hands-on skills in 3-way match PO processing, reconciliation, and vendor management.

firstPRO is seeking an experienced AP Supervisor for an opening in the Norcross/Duluth area. This will be a direct hire position and mostly onsite Mon-Fri. You will lead a small team of AP Specialists, while also remaining involved in AP operations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Large company/high volume experience
• Ability to lead, coach, and delegate (prior AP Supervision or AP Team Lead experience required)
• 3 way match PO experience

Qualifications:

• 5+ yrs in full cycle AP
• Prior experience leading, supervising, or mentoring an AP team
• High volume processing and vendor mgt
