Oremor Automotive Group in Victorville, CA is seeking an Accounts Payable - Receivable Clerk to handle general accounting tasks, reconcile statements, and process payments. The candidate should have a degree in Accounting or Business Administration and at least one year of experience in a similar role.

Competenze

• 1+ year experience in accounting or related role.
• Highly professional and detail oriented with strong organization.
• Excellent numerical and data entry skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.
• Tekion experience is a plus.
• Accounts payable or receivable experience is a plus.
• Automotive service deposit experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Identify correct customers and invoices by interpreting remittance advices and apply payments to open invoices.
• Identify past due invoices and collect from customers or vendors with follow-up.
• Analyze customer payments, research unapplied cash, duplicate billings, and adjustments to clear invoices.
• Process bank deposits daily for all departments.
• Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations and prepare reports.
• Maintain clean schedules and provide admin support to management and other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
