Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with accuracy and timely payment.
• Perform three-way matching of POs, receipts, and invoices.
• Generate customer invoices, monitor aging, and follow up on balances.
• Apply customer payments and reconcile activity.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Maintain organized financial records and internal controls.
• Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve inquiries.
• Support data integrity and process improvements within ERP.
