Job summary

MultiCare Health System is hiring an Accounts Receivable Analyst Support Spec to organize, analyze and interpret data for revenue cycle and registration functions. The role serves as a knowledge authority on operations and EPIC modules for front office registrations and POS collection.

The duties include identifying, reviewing, researching, analyzing and resolving registration problems, using problem-solving techniques and data analyses to support system applications.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of relevant healthcare systems and analytical experience including work in research and analysis of registration problems.
• One (1) year experience developing, implementing, operating, maintaining or using EPIC information systems in hospital and/or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, analyzes and interprets data to support the revenue cycle and registration functions.
• Serves as a knowledge authority on operations and EPIC module related to front office registrations and POS collection processes.
