Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking an AR Analyst Support Specialist to organize, analyze and interpret data that supports the revenue cycle and front-office registrations. You will act as a key knowledge authority on Epic module related processes and collaborate with clinic leaders, billing and IS teams to resolve registration issues.

In this full-time role, the successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in healthcare analytics, and at least 1 year of EPIC experience

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Three (3) years relevant healthcare analytics experience.
• One (1) year experience developing, implementing, operating, maintaining or using EPIC information systems in hospital and/or clinic settings

Responsibilities

• Organize, analyze and interpret data to support the revenue cycle and registration.
• Serve as a key contact and knowledge authority on EPIC module related to front office registrations and POS collection processes.
• Collaborate with clinic Leaders, registration staff, billing and IS teams to resolve registration problems and provide targeted training as needed
