Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years relevant healthcare systems and analytical experience including work in research and analysis of registration problems.
• One (1) year experience developing, implementing, operating, maintaining or using EPIC information systems in hospital and/or clinic settings.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, analyze and interpret data to support the revenue cycle and registration functions.
• Serve as a key contact and knowledge authority on operations and Epic module related to front office registrations and POS collection processes.
• Research, identify, review and resolve registration problems using data-driven techniques.
