• Performs data entry and data quality functions within CRM and SAP.
• Inputs master data requests into system for new customer accounts and updates.
• Maintains customer master data and information in SAP with accuracy.
• Reviews and processes CRM cases with contracts, deliveries, forecast errors, and billing disputes.
• Provides status updates on requests.
• Collaborates with department management and field operations as needed.
• Other data processing/administrative duties as assigned.
