Job summary

Priority Personnel is hiring a Temporary Accounts Receivable Analyst for a building supply company in San Marcos, TX. The assignment is expected to last until the end of the year, with potential to extend.

Responsibilities include reconciling invoices, resolving pricing and tax issues, maintaining work queues, training staff on AR processes, and processing payments and mailing monthly invoices while keeping accurate files for reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common financial reports and legal documents.
• Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community members.
• Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings to customers and employees.
• Weekend and holiday availability as needed to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Reconciles invoices and reviews pricing issues, tax refunds, government account setup, credit memos and return confirmations.
• Maintain Work Queues on a daily basis.
• Oversee Store Administrator’s Work Queues daily.
• Provide training to Store/Corporate personnel on AR functionalities.
• Provide invoice copies to customers and/or Corporate as requested.
