You will handle bank reconciliations, apply tenant payments, prepare tenant billings, and assist with new asset openings and other projects as needed. The position offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required.
• 1+ years of accounting administrative experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of Yardi accounting software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment while multitasking.

Responsabilidades

• Administer AR process; scan tenant receipts, manage the lockbox system, and apply charges in Yardi.
• Complete daily bank reconciliation.
• Review and apply tenant payments to accounts.
• Assist with rent collection and in-house deposits.
• Research and resolve payment application issues.
• Manage lease administration and generate monthly tenant billings and statements.
• Open bank accounts for new assets.
• Answer email requests promptly and communicate appropriately.
• Provide support to the accounting management team.
• Complete additional projects as assigned.
