Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer accounts receivable: scan receipts, manage the lockbox, and apply payments in Yardi.
• Maintain cash logs by reviewing online banking activity.
• Oversee lease administration in Yardi and prepare monthly tenant billings.
• Manage insurance certificates for tenants, vendors, and contractors.
• Assist with accounts payable: audit invoices and code for payment.
