Remedy Medical Properties Inc. is seeking a Temporary AR Administrator in Chicago, IL. The role supports accounts receivable and payable processes, lease administration, and bank/cash reconciliations within Yardi.

This six-month assignment offers a pathway to contribute to a leading healthcare real estate organization. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of accounting admin experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required.
• 1+ years of accounting administrative experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft based software.
• Working knowledge of Yardi accounting software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer the accounts receivable process including scan receipts and apply to tenant charges in Yardi.
• Manage cash logs and review online banking activity for properties.
• Oversee lease administration and tenant billings in Yardi; liaise with management on costs.
• Enforce Insurance COIs for tenants, vendors, and contractors to meet property requirements.
• Assist with utilities transfers to new ownership and management.
