Job summary

AtWork Personnel is seeking an Accounting Specialist with a strong AR focus for our Cincinnati, OH operations. This full-time temporary role supports a fast-paced manufacturing and inventory-heavy environment, handling invoicing, payment application, reconciliations, and collections.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of AR/AP experience, ERP familiarity (Epicor, SAP, or SAGE), and solid Excel skills to assist with month-end close and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of AP/AR or related accounting experience.
• Experience with AR and manufacturing/inventory-heavy environments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, SAGE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Accounts Receivable: invoicing, payment application, reconciliation, and collections.
• Monitor aging, prepare reports, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Assist with Accounts Payable: invoice processing, PO/receiving matching, vendor reconciliations, and payments.
• Support month-end close, accounting reporting and analysis.
• Participate in Epicor ERP implementation and ongoing use.
• Maintain accurate customer and accounting records.
