Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin resident.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in Recruitment, Marketing, Aquatics, Human Resources, Recreation, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plan the outreach and staffing strategy for lifeguards, park workers, and maintenance support.
• Engage the public and help potential candidates apply for positions through the hiring process.
• Attend events for engagement with various communities.
• Develop resources to share with the community.
• Maintain and track program goals and initiatives; evaluate staffing program successes and opportunities.
• Research and explore new partnerships for staffing pipeline and inclusion.
