Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and schedules recreation staff and volunteers.
• Compiles payroll for lifeguards, gym staff, coaches, and custodians; creates bi-weekly lifeguard schedules.
• Opens/closes facilities; ensures safety and secures areas.
• Manages pool safety enforcement and lifeguard oversight.
• Schedules swim lessons and lifeguard training per ARC standards.
• Coordinates facility rentals and records reservations/payments.
• Addresses customer service issues and concerns.
