Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation or related field.
• Two years of professional level experience in public recreation or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plans, promotes, and directs aquatics programs for diverse age groups.
• Oversees staffing of Pool Managers, Swim Instructors, Lifeguards, and Pool Cashiers.
• Maintains records and reports on recreation programs and facility use.
• Schedules facilities and programs using recreation software.
• Coordinates Lifeguard Certification, CPR and First Aid training for public and staff.
• Ensures safety and compliance with district policies.
