Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least two years experience in instruction and management of aquatic programs.
• Experience supervising staff and developing pool/class schedules.
• Knowledge of YMCA movement and trends in aquatic management and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, budgeting and evaluating aquatic programs.
• Recruit, orient, train and supervise staff and volunteers in the aquatic unit.
• Act for Aquatic Director in their absence and follow YMCA aquatic policies.
