Job summary

YMCA of the USA is seeking an Association Aquatics Director to lead the development, organization, implementation, and evaluation of the aquatics department. This role ensures consistent aquatic operations across the association and drives preventative maintenance and safety programs.

The position requires strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, leadership experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of technology.
• Minimum of two years leadership experience.
• Three to five years customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities
