Responsibilities

• Lead branch aquatics staff to attract, engage and retain members.
• Oversee program quality, safety, and regulatory compliance for aquatic facilities.
• Drive membership enrollment and revenue growth through strategic programming.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise part-time and full-time staff and volunteers.
• Collaborate with center leadership and marketing for enrollment plans.
• Attend best-practice meetings and represent the team at conferences.
