Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recreation, nonprofit management, or related field.
- 2–3 years of leadership experience in aquatics or recreation, including supervising and developing teams.
- Experience recruiting, coaching, and retaining high‑performing leaders and fostering accountability.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aquatic operations and programs to ensure safety, quality, and growth.
- Coach and develop a high‑performing aquatics team with effective staffing and leadership practices.
- Oversee scheduling, safety compliance, risk management, and program budgeting.
