Qualifications

• Experience in aquatics or recreation is preferred.
• Experience supervising and training staff is valued.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic direction for aquatic department operations.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training Lifeguards and First Aid/CPR instructors.
• Schedule lifeguards and fill coverage gaps creatively.
• Lead Lifeguard shifts when needed and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain certifications and promote member service excellence.
