Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in aquatics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, develop, schedule and manage a high performing staff.
• Maintain staff retention through positive reinforcement and support.
• Ensure adequate lifeguard coverage and conduct safety/certification trainings.
• Develop strategies to motivate staff and achieve goals.
• Develop and monitor budgets to meet targets.
• Provide leadership for branch aquatics operations and programs.
