Job summary

Obsolete Site seeks an Aquatics Program Manager to oversee daily operations of aquatic fitness, training, and recreational programs across multiple pools. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and develop SOPs and risk management plans to ensure safe, engaging facilities.

You will collaborate with marketing, evaluate program effectiveness, and handle staff recruitment, orientation, and ongoing training to meet activity needs.

Qualifications

• Experience planning administering and executing aquatic programs.
• Ability to supervise aquatic facilities and staff across multiple pools.
• Knowledge of aquatic risk management and SOP development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and supervision of aquatic fitness, training and recreational programs.
• Manage personnel, classes, and facilities including multiple indoor and outdoor pools.
• Develop and review Aquatic programs and risk management plans.
• Coordinate with marketing to publicize aquatic events and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Recruit, orient, and train staff; enforce policies and procedures.
