Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years aquatic experience including supervisory experience.
• Lifeguard with First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross (within 30 days if not current).

• Oversee all operational, administrative, and programming aspects of the aquatic facility.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Manage daily operations, rentals, and special events; ensure safety and program quality.
