Job summary

HealthFitness, a trusted provider of fitness solutions, seeks an Aquatics Manager for its Racine, WI site. You will lead the overall aquatics program, supervise staff, and drive safety and programming across the facility.

Responsibilities include recruiting/training staff, scheduling, coordinating events, data collection, and reporting to the General Manager. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years supervisory experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 2+ years aquatic experience including supervisory experience.
• Lifeguard with First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross.
• Ability to lead, manage, and operate a community, recreation, or fitness center.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational, administrative, and programming aspects of the aquatics facility.
• Recruit, train, and schedule staff; manage daily operations and events.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate aquatics programming and special events.
• Distribute marketing materials and collect program/event data for reports.
• Prepare outcomes-focused reports and support budget planning.
• Coordinate marketing and communications to maximize membership and engagement.
