British Swim School Bay Area Houston is hiring an Aquatics Manager to oversee daily swim program operations, ensuring safety, consistency, and exceptional experiences for swimmers, families, and staff.

You will lead by example, coach instructors, manage scheduling, and drive a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement in a mission-driven environment focused on water safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• 1+ years customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop swim instructors to deliver safe, high-quality lessons.
• Create and manage employee and lesson schedules to support operational excellence.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety, certification, and operational standards.
• Support families and team members through responsive communication and hands-on leadership.
• Assist with swim instruction and deck supervision as needed.
