Job summary

British Swim School is seeking an Aquatics Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure curriculum delivery to safety standards, mentor instructors, and manage customer interactions. This part-time role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week and supports our early-stage location’s success in delivering outstanding experiences for swimmers and families.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in aquatics or related field.
• CPR/Lifeguard certifications may be obtained during training.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and mentor swim instructors.
• Schedule pool lessons and staff shifts efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records for employee certifications and compliance.
• Teach lessons and model customer service excellence.
• Build a positive, motivating culture for staff and students.
• Communicate effectively with families and leadership.
